Personal coaching is a term that has become incredibly familiar over the last eight years. The term success coaching first became beloved in the United States where, together with Neuro Linguistic Programming, it became part of a redesigned magnificent wave of very proactive therapy modalities.
In many ways both Success Coaching and NLP are an answer against certain aspects of the Humanistic therapy movement, in particular Person-Centred Counselling. A criticism of the human-centred approach is that it is hugely reactive and not truly proactive. Although this works wonderful with some people, with other people long periods of no exit in sight or low return for time and effort occur. Personal coaching and NLP are both humanistic therapy in stance, spending time on improving a person?s happiness rather than delving into the depths of childhood, as in traditional psychology. Their emphasis is, however, deliberately proactive and problem solving. Book a Life Coach in london online.
Success coaching is not about preaching to the coaching customer what to do. This is a common misconception. Some coaches are relatively successful in their business careers and then make the cross over to life coaching, assuming that they will only be required to divulge their pearls of incredible wise wisdom with the customer. This is more like mentoring an apprentice in a specific environment. Coaching is instead about life as a holistic view.

The demand for remedy of halitosis is increasing manifold as the
awareness of halitosis among masses is growing day by day. The
options for treating halitosis are also growing surprisingly
with the increase in its awareness. Market is flooded with a
number of products with various claims of eliminating the bad
breath problem.
Bad breath can be quite embarrassing at any given point of time.
Bad breath is caused by the presence of oral bacteria. However,
there are other causes of bad breath too, like onions, garlic,
smoking, dryness of the mouth, and gum disease. More people
suffer from xerostomia, which is, basically, dryness in the
mouth. It occurs during sleep or if you have been speaking for a
longer time. The saliva is a special kind of mouth moisture that
kills oral bacteria.
You can use commercially available breath fresheners or mouth
washes for temporary relief from bad breath. However, most of
them are temporary and act by masking the smell producing layers
of tongue, once the effect wears off, the bad breath will
resurface with renewed vigor.
Using anti-bacterial mouth rinses may provide you better results
in controlling bad breath. Always avoid alcohol containing mouth
rinses as alcohol is a drying agent and will worsen the problem
sooner or later.
Evidence suggests the most effective products are generally
unavailable in drugstores and usually found on the internet
pharmacies.
Top of the brand home breath tests and antibacterial rinses,
toothpastes, gums, mints, and tongue gels are always costlier
like any premium product; but unlike the well-known inexpensive
brand names, they can really control your problem to a marked
degree.
However, you need to be extra cautious in finding remedies on
internet as there are chances of you getting ripped off for a
higher price or you may not simply find the right medication. In
such cases, you will have to do trial and error exercises to
find the best pharmacy. Never forget to brush your teeth after
meals and a regular flossing at least once in a day will remove
putrefying food debris from between the teeth, especially at the
gum line and posterior of the tongue.
Gently cleaning the tongue surface twice daily with a tongue
brush, tongue scraper or tongue cleaner will help you keep your
tongue and teeth in good shape and health.
It is always prudent to go for the permanent solution of the
problem rather selecting a short-term measure. It is already
discussed that some temporary solution offering products may
aggravate the problem instead curing them. Thus always say a no
to the temporary solution and go for a remedy, which eliminates
the problem from its root forever.

Eating a bowl of oatmeal each morning is the perfect way to
start your day off right. This article will explain the six
benefits of eating oatmeal and ways to make it taste delicious.
First off, the oatmeal discussed here is not the instant kind
that comes in the different flavors- these are full of sugar.
The real stuff is the plain oat flakes from Quaker Oats or a
similar brand.
The benefits of oatmeal are due to the fact that it’s made from
oats and oats are a good source of both soluble and insoluble
fiber.
According to the American Cancer Society:
1. Insoluble fiber’s cancer-fighting properties are due to the
fact that it attacks certain bile acids, reducing their
toxicity.
2. Soluble fiber may reduce LDL cholesterol without lowering HDL
cholesterol. LDL is bad; HDL is good.
3. Soluble fiber slows down the digestion of starch. This may be
beneficial to diabetics because, when you slow down the
digestion of starch, you avoid the sharp rises in your blood
sugar level that usually occurs following a meal.
4. It has been found that those who eat more oats are less
likely to develop heart disease, a disease that is currently
widespread in the United States.
5. The phytochemicals in oat may also have cancer-fighting
properties.
6. Oats are a good source of many nutrients including vitamin E,
zinc, selenium, copper, iron, manganese and magnesium. Oats are
also a good source of protein.
The difference between insoluble and soluble fiber, besides the
foods that they come from, is what they do in your body.
Insoluble fiber’s main role is that it makes stools heavier and
speeds their passage through the gut, relieving constipation.
Soluble fiber breaks down as it passes through the digestive
tract, forming a gel that traps some substances related to high
cholesterol, thus reducing the absorption of cholesterol into
the bloodstream.
Oatmeal has a pretty bland taste which makes it hard for the
average person to consume every morning. Here are ways you can
make it taste better.
1. Make the oatmeal with milk instead of water. This will also
add calcium and more protein.
2. Add Stevia powder to the oatmeal. It will naturally sweeten
up the taste without adding sugar.
3. Stir in your favorite-flavored protein powder to it after
it’s been cooked. This gives the oatmeal a pretty good taste
plus it adds protein. Combine this with using milk and you’ll
have a meal that is high in fiber, calcium and protein!
4. Add fruit such as blueberries to the oatmeal.
You should aim to eat roughly 1 cooked cup of oatmeal each
morning for optimal health benefits. And play around with the
above preparation suggestions until you find a taste that you
fall in love with.
Your heart and body will thank you for it!

Bilirubin is a yellow pigment released from dead red blood cells into your bloodstream. Recent research shows that having high blood levels of bilirubin may help to prevent heart attacks.
Researchers at the University of in Utah School of Medicine showed that men and women with high blood levels of bilirubin have an extraordinarily low chance of getting heart attacks and those with low blood levels were at significantly increased risk for developing heart attacks.
Red blood cells last about 120 days, then burst and release a pigment called bilirubin into the bloodstream. The liver picks it up, converts it to bile and it flushes it from your body. The liver of some people cannot convert bilirubin into a form that is easily removed, so bilirubin rises to higher-than-normal levels.
Since high blood levels of bilirubin are associated with liver disease and certain type of anemia, doctors often order extra tests whenever a person has high blood levels of bilirubin. Five percent of Americans have high blood levels of bilirubin and suffer no ill effects from it. These people are usually told that they have Gilbert’s disease and have nothing wrong with them. Now we learn that not only is Gilbert’s disease not harmful, it may prolong life by preventing heart attacks. The bad LDL cholesterol in your bloodstream must be converted to oxidized LDL before it can form plaques in arteries. Bilirubin helps to prevent oxidized LDL cholesterol from forming and therefore prevents heart attacks.
