The problem of slow demand and too much supply is obviously going to take its toll on the price, with most analysts quite sure that rental prices would plummet from the current level of £30 per sq ft.

The market for rental space in Manchester had recorded its highest demand in 2004. In the current situation, achieving the previous levels seems like a distant dream.
