Poker on the iPhone

I’m quite addicted to playing poker on my iPhone these days. There’s this cool little application that lets you play the game using five dice, and physically shaking the phone makes the dice roll around on a wooden board in real time, with real physics. Meanwhile, a computer controlled opponent rolls their dice and tries to best your hand. You each get three rolls to try and create the best “hand.” Since there are five dice in all, you can get five of a kind - unlike traditional poker (unless you’re using wild cards).
Winning hands give you points, usually two, although special circumstances awared you more. Win streaks, rare hands and come back hands give you additional points, which you’ll need to unlock new tables. Every once in a while, winning will produce a new set of dice. Each set, like the wooden dice, for example, provide you with different dice physics and sound effects. Some dice are hard, some soft, and they react accordingly. You can also unlock jewels, which you receive for completing neat little tasks in the game, like winning 10 hands in a row (as of yet uncompleted).
Is it better than poker? Not really, but it’s perfect for a subway ride.
