Searching for a DS3 in Los Angeles? Bandwidth has never been cheaper and Los Angeles is no exception to this. Many telecom companies built out their infrastructure in Metro cities and with the crash that has taken place since 1999 many of these companies have seen the usage of their pipes decrease significantly. The infrastructure that was laid is a fixed cost that companies are eager to recover. The result of the reduced number of businesses in the market seeking service and the drop in pricing has created a buyers market.
In a buyers market remember that you can push and probably get concessions from the carrier but also remember that all carriers are not created equally. Many carriers may appear to offer a bargain price but you may be several hops from the internet and have a problem with latency. You may also be using a small carrier that hasn’t actually checked the capacity of the CO before you sign your contract and can’t even deliver the service they promised. The only way you’ll discover this is when you start using your connection and find that at peak traffic times your connection is bogged down at a level below that which was guaranteed.
I suggest when dealing with a larger pipe you consider the larger Tier1 providers. You can still get a great price even though it’s not as low as some of the Tier 2 and Tier 3 companies. You’ll also have the peace of mind knowing that you have an SLA and the company will deliver what you believe you will get. If you’re in the market of a DS3, communications are vital to your company. Make sure you get both a reliable product and the price you’re looking for. If you need help finding such a service, consider speaking with broker who is knowledgable of the providers available in your area.

Since ancient times, the human philosophers have realized the
importance of the mind in governing the human affairs. They knew
that a person’s external circumstances were the result of his
internal thoughts. They were aware that if the person thinks of
riches, he would have riches, while if the thoughts are of
poverty, success and failure would produce the corresponding
effects in the person’s circumstances. Today, modern science has
acknowledged the truth of these findings. Hence, it becomes
crucial for a person to control his mind.
Yoga has specific techniques which deal with the science of mind
control. We will study the nature of the mind as is recognized
by yoga in this chapter. Shankaracharya has defined the mind in
four different ways as per its functions: manas for the job of
resolving and doubting; buddhi for the decision and judgment;
asmita for the consciousness of its individual existence and
chita for remembering the previous experiences. The Mind is a
vast collection of thoughts and traces of past experiences. When
you are born, your mind is the collection of samskaras collected
over the previous births. Those samskaras, whose fruits have
already been enjoyed have been wiped out. But as you grow up,
new samskaras are being added continuously due to various acts
performed by you from birth to death. This translates into the
law of karma which states that the events one faces in his life
are the results of the activities done by him in the past and
his mind at birth contains the samskaras from his previous
births.
Yoga recognizes five factors, basic to the mind of every person.
They are called kleshas because they are the forefathers of
every human misery. They are: avidya which is the false
knowledge or ignorance of one’s true self in relation to the
objects; asmita or ego feeling since in yoga, body and soul are
two different aspects; raga is the liking of pleasurable
experience; dvesha or aversion to pain; abhinivesha or fear of
death. Yoga understands the human behaviour from the perspective
of these five qualities which are assumed to be present in a
person since birth and are considered as the impurities of the
mind. They make a person unstable and agitated. Hence yoga has
given way of dhyana and pranayam to cleanse your mind.

The demand for remedy of halitosis is increasing manifold as the
awareness of halitosis among masses is growing day by day. The
options for treating halitosis are also growing surprisingly
with the increase in its awareness. Market is flooded with a
number of products with various claims of eliminating the bad
breath problem.
Bad breath can be quite embarrassing at any given point of time.
Bad breath is caused by the presence of oral bacteria. However,
there are other causes of bad breath too, like onions, garlic,
smoking, dryness of the mouth, and gum disease. More people
suffer from xerostomia, which is, basically, dryness in the
mouth. It occurs during sleep or if you have been speaking for a
longer time. The saliva is a special kind of mouth moisture that
kills oral bacteria.
You can use commercially available breath fresheners or mouth
washes for temporary relief from bad breath. However, most of
them are temporary and act by masking the smell producing layers
of tongue, once the effect wears off, the bad breath will
resurface with renewed vigor.
Using anti-bacterial mouth rinses may provide you better results
in controlling bad breath. Always avoid alcohol containing mouth
rinses as alcohol is a drying agent and will worsen the problem
sooner or later.
Evidence suggests the most effective products are generally
unavailable in drugstores and usually found on the internet
pharmacies.
Top of the brand home breath tests and antibacterial rinses,
toothpastes, gums, mints, and tongue gels are always costlier
like any premium product; but unlike the well-known inexpensive
brand names, they can really control your problem to a marked
degree.
However, you need to be extra cautious in finding remedies on
internet as there are chances of you getting ripped off for a
higher price or you may not simply find the right medication. In
such cases, you will have to do trial and error exercises to
find the best pharmacy. Never forget to brush your teeth after
meals and a regular flossing at least once in a day will remove
putrefying food debris from between the teeth, especially at the
gum line and posterior of the tongue.
Gently cleaning the tongue surface twice daily with a tongue
brush, tongue scraper or tongue cleaner will help you keep your
tongue and teeth in good shape and health.
It is always prudent to go for the permanent solution of the
problem rather selecting a short-term measure. It is already
discussed that some temporary solution offering products may
aggravate the problem instead curing them. Thus always say a no
to the temporary solution and go for a remedy, which eliminates
the problem from its root forever.

Davincis Pizza makes new york style pizza in authentic brick
ovens. This is one of the new stores to open in the brand new
Shoppes at Davis Lake in Charlotte. DaVincis owner is from New
York, and has opened pizzerias all over th country. he is not
new to the business and the food is authenitc Italian from New
York. Italian is openly spoken by almost every employee in this
father/son establishment, as the cook is from Sicily as well.
The pizza defies all problems with getting true New York style
Pizza, and also breaks the boxes with its incredible size.
I witness one cutomer receiving his small pizza asking if he had
received the wrong order, since it appeared to be a large to him
and to me looking on. The large I ordered on 3 occasions now had
to have the edges folded to fit in the extra arge box it is
packed in.
The pizza itself is excellent thin style pie. The crust is
slightly crisp and folds perfectly. My guests for pizza
commented on how “thats perfect new yourk style” when he saw how
it folded and eats perfectly. The dough is absolutley how I
remeber it from my 20+ years in New York as well.
This location is pretty new and does not have too much decor
yet. They sadly lack televisions and music to make it an
afternoon hangout, but the outside courtyard makes it great for
summer nights.
The location also doesnt offer delivery, and the owner tells me
he doesnt plan to. The goal is a sit down simple place with
excellent food and authentic service. I have been 3 times now
and must say it is the best Pizza NC has to offer for the hungry
shopper looking for New York Style Pie.
If you want simple, authentic, brick oven pizza you get so many
other places I highly recommend you stop into DaVincis Pizza
Charlotte at the Shoppes at Davis lake and get one of their
double large pies to sit in the courtyard and stuff yourself.
So if you are looking for the ,best Charlotte Italian
Restaurants , or just a place to get ,pizza in Charlotte ,
the new location of Divincis at the Shoppes of Davis lake is
offering a new New York flavor for University City in Charlotte.

Can Dogs See Dead People?
By Bill Knell
“I see dead people.” Uttered by actor Haley Joel Osment in M. Night Shyamalan’s The Sixth Sense, it has become one of the most famous lines in movie history. Although the film was based on a fictional story, we have all seen those people on television who claim they can see or communicate with the dead. Would it surprise you to learn that dogs may also possess that ability?
One of the oldest known paranormal beliefs is that dogs have the ability to see or communicate with the dead. It would be easy to believe that people have come to that conclusion based on a dog’s natural behavior. We’ve all seen dogs stand still and stare or react to something we were unable to see or hear. However, there may be much more to it then that.
Most of the pet people I have known had some sort of a weird dog story to tell. The most common involves the death of a beloved dog owner. The dog owner would die and it always seems like his or her pet would know about the event before anyone else. My mother often recounts the story of Grandpa Bill.
For the last few years of his life, Grandpa Bill languished from a terminal illness. When he wasn’t in the hospital, he stayed with us. It was during those stays that Bill became very close to an Irish Setter adopted by my mother. Rusty and Bill were inseparable. Whenever he sat in our back yard to get some sun during summer afternoons, Bill would play with her by throwing a ball for Rusty to catch or using her favorite old sock as a pull toy. Rusty slept at the foot of Bill’s bed and would start barking anytime he coughed or experienced shallow breathing.
During the final days of his life, Bill was back in the hospital. It was during that time that Rusty started acting strangely. She would pace back and forth in front of the bed in a spare room where Bill slept when he stayed at our home. She would circle the lawn chair he used to sit in when he played with her in the backyard. It was really eerie! However, stranger things were yet to come.
Although we knew he wasn’t going to live much longer, it came as a bit of a shock when Bill finally passed on. We thought that he would probably live another few months based on what the doctors said, but that wasn’t to be. A nurse checked on him around three in the morning and found he had passed on. Around the same time and without explanation, Rusty awakened everyone in our household. She began to howl uncontrollably. Less then an hour later, we received the sad news of Bill’s passing by phone.
I was too young to remember most of what happened, but I do recall that my parents were freaked out by the whole event. My mother was a no nonsense kind of person who had no use for anything paranormal, yet she recounted this story several times to me in later years whenever the subject of strange animal behavior would come up. Anything but a storyteller, I always felt that she spoke of those events as a way of trying to understand them. I suppose we could just toss it all off to coincidence, but the odds do not seem to be with that considering how many other people have experienced similar events.
Most everyone who has ever lived in any kind of a suburban neighborhood has some sort of a story to tell about that one weird house that everyone would stay away from. In my case, it was about seven houses down from mine in a neighborhood on Long Island. All of the houses on our block had been built in the early 1950s. With slight exceptions of larger or smaller models, most of the homes looked like they belonged together. All except one. The weird house in our neighborhood had a dark wood exterior and was landscaped with small trees instead of bushes and hedges. It stood out and most of the neighbors were not amused.
If it’s a true saying that strange houses attract stranger people, you could prove it by the weird house on our block. From the moment they moved in, the first family to live in that house made no attempt to fit into the neighborhood. The parents and three children were weird. They hated to answer their door, had two dogs that were as mean as they were big and never kept up their property.
Within ten years of moving into the house, the family fell apart. After several biting incidents, the police took the dogs away. The older brother died of a drug overdose, the younger one stopped speaking, their sister always seemed to be taking on the role of mom, and dad as their parents seemed unable to cope with anything. After their father was hospitalized for alcoholism, mom gave up, sold the house and moved away to parts unknown.
Before anyone could move in, the house was given a major facelift. Gone was the excessive number of trees that had created a haunted mansion look. Gone was the nasty looking wood exterior that gave way to aluminum siding. The inside was gutted and replaced with lighter colors and modern appliances. By the time the new family moved in during the mid 1960s, it was like an entirely different house. However, some of the sorrow from the previous family may have been left behind.
The new family consisted of a couple, a boy and girl under ten, and a cute Yorkshire Terrier they called nappy (short for Napoleon). These people were just the opposite of the previous occupants. They were friendly, took care of their property and got along well with all the neighbors. I knew the children and played with them when they came by my end of the block, but rarely visited their house. Most of what happened next I got from my other friends and people closer to the family then I was.
A couple of my friends were regularly invited to sleepovers at the house. During the sleepovers, Nappy would normally roam the house and eventually settle into his little doggie bed in one corner of the living room. However, on more then a few occasions the friendly little dog exhibited some very unfriendly and odd behavior.
Nappy would bound up the stairs to a finished attic with two bedrooms. This is where the children slept in bedrooms separated by a small hallway. Once there, he would inexplicably start to growl at the room to the right where the boy slept. This was also the room were the older brother from the previous family had once slept and where he had been found dead of a drug overdose.
Their dog’s odd behavior was first noticed by the children a few weeks after the new family moved in. Some of my friends who had slept over in the boy’s room told me that the boy and his parents were really freaked out by the whole thing. The girl had seen it, but since it wasn’t directed at her room, tended to ignore the incidents.
It seems that Nappy got along fine with the children and showed no animosity towards the sleepover guests either. That meant that his nighttime growling behavior was being directed towards an unknown source. I suppose that any number of simple explanations could be used to explain the whole thing away, but the dog’s growling wasn’t consistent. He didn’t do it every night and as often as not slept quietly without the growling when friends of the boy stayed overnight.
About a year after they moved in, the family moved out. This seemed strange considering the investment they had made in the property, but I doubt the reason for their move had anything to do with their dog’s odd behavior. There were some strange stories from my friends who spent more time at the house then I did. On a few of the sleepovers they said that the boy’s room always seemed very cold, despite a brand new oil burner having been installed in the house before the family moved in.
Like so many other events involving the paranormal, odd animal behavior is often categorized as explainable even if we do not know the cause. Because dogs cannot talk, we do not know exactly what they are reacting to. Can dogs see dead people? I guess we’ll have to wait until we’re dead to find out the answer to that question! Are you lucky enough to be taking a semester abroad? Worried about what you’ll need to bring along? Let’s go through some easy packing tips and advice.
If you are bringing any electrical appliances such as a laptop, cell phone, hair dryer, electric razor, iron, bipod, digital camera, etc., you’ll need to check if these are designed for dual voltage (110/220watt). If they are not, you’ll need to purchase a converter/adapter set. Remember, that there are different versions of converters. Some are designed only for high voltage appliances, some for low voltage appliances, and some that take both. Check with your cell phone provider that your phone can be used in the country where you’ll be staying. Also, remember to purchase a grounded adapter plug for your laptop.
Remember to bring credit cards in your own name. Also, make a duplicate copy of your passport and keep the copy in a separate safe place along with your credit numbers and phone numbers where you can call if there is any problem. Wearing a money belt is a very good idea. They are thin enough not to annoy the wearer, and they are the only item that works against pick- pockets. You can carry extra cash and your passport in the money belt, but keep a wallet for purchases you’ll need to make immediately. There are many versions of money belts that can be worn around the waist, neck, shoulder, or leg. American passports are a desirable item, and you don’t want to put yourself at risk.
The best way to pack is in rolling duffels that are collapsible. These come in many large sizes and are easier to manage than a large suitcase. Additionally, because the sides fold down it can slide under your bed or in a closet for storage. You’ll need the wheels to make it manageable when it’s filled. Also, many of them can hook up a second bag where you can pack your books, shoes, and other heavy items. You can also than have that bag available for the many sightseeing trips you’ll likely be taking. Another good idea is a foldable tote that can be packed. That way you’ll have a bag to bring back your many purchases.
If you do not speak the language of the country you will be at a disadvantage. You will need a book of phrases or one of those hand held electronic translators. You’ll be able to pick up bits and pieces of the language, and the phrase book or translator will make your stay more enjoyable. It’s extremely important to keep a journal. You’ll be seeing so much and learning so much that writing everything down will make it easier to recall all of your wonderful memories.

The seeds you sow determine the crop you reap. This is pretty common knowledge. Knowledge, unfortunately, is only productive in its application, not in its accumulation or ownership.
We desire peace but sow seeds of violence and are surprised when violence is the crop.
We desire abundance but sow seeds of limitation and are surprised when lack is the crop.
We desire meaningful lives but sow meaningless acts and are surprised to reap meaningless lives.
We desire more time and longer lives but sow wasted moments and are surprised to reap time slipping away.
We desire prosperity but sow seeds of scarcity and are surprised when scarcity shows up.
We desire love and sow indifference.
We desire freedom and sow security.
And so on and so forth.
Ah, but, things are the way they are and it is best/easiest to go with the flow rather than fight it. This is the common wisdom…go with the flow.
Society is overwhelmingly materialistic, so we just go with the flow and become avid consumers. The leaders we allow and the media we believe preach fear and war, so we just go with the flow and march off to do battle. Economists and prognosticators talk about lack, limitation and scarcity so we just go with the flow and compete for a little piece of the dwindling pie. Lemmings all, going with the flow to the cliff’s edge.
There is another way to go with the flow and that is to be natural as nature exemplifies. A seed sown, grows into a plant, blooms and produces flowers, things of beauty and wonder. Flowers go to seed and more flowers result. Stars go supernova and more stars result.
Do you want more beauty in your life? BE more beautiful.
Do you want more peace in your life? Be more peaceful.
Do you want more love in your life? Be more loving.
Do you want more abundance in your life? Be more abundant.
Do you want more time in your life? Be more present in the here and now.
Become as the flowers; check out the lilies of the valley.
Prosperity in those things desired is the result of sowing the appropriate seeds, nurturing the seedlings, removing the weeds that crop up and hanging around (or persisting) to catch the blooms.

Email is a wonderful thing. It costs next to nothing and can be sent almost anywhere in the world in a few minutes. When email is used properly, it can help move your business forward. When it is not used properly, it can hurt your business.
Here are a couple of ways that email can hurt your business
The first way that email can hurt your business is by sending unsolicited emails to every email address you can find. This is now commonly referred to as spam and it is an epidemic of major proportions. In fact, there has been talk that spam has made email almost useless as a form of communication. The average person gets so much junk email in their boxes every day that many people simply select all and delete without bothering to go through each message.
There is a second way that an email may be hurting you online. If you are conducting business online and your principal email account is from a free email service like hotmail.com or yahoo.com, you are practically shouting to people that you don’t take your business seriously. Asking someone to fork over money on the internet is already difficult without giving off signals that people shouldn’t trust you or your business. Getting an email account with your own domain at the end of it does not have to be expensive.
Web hosting can provide you with an email account
With most hosting companies out there you can register a domain name of your choice, sign up for a hosting account, and then create your own email account with your domain name at the end of it. It doesn’t have to be a complicated process. A good web hosting provider will even help you by walking you through it. The result is an email that let’s people know you are serious about your business and are ready to be taken seriously.
Start a weekly or monthly newsletter
Start a newsletter to build trust in you and your company. Use email to keep in touch with your customers and prospects. Provide valuable content. Don’t bombard your customers will ads or sales letters. People like to buy from people they know, like, and trust. A newsletter could help you move in that direction. Newsletters are also excellent for cross selling other related products and services to the ones your customer has already purchased. Remember to keep the content quality high and the information as useful as possible. Make it easy for people to get themselves removed from your newsletters if they so choose. Using a newsletter can be a great tool for increasing sales.
Use email as a troubleshooting tool
Because email is so fast and easy to use, it can be a great way to provide sales support to your customers helping you to keep your phone costs down. When we use the phone, we usually feel that we need to engage in chit chat, and other banter besides the purpose of the call. Using email, you can quickly answer your customers’ or prospects’ questions and be right back working on whatever you were doing before the interruption.
Overall, email can be a very useful tool if not abused. Cheap, easy to use and quick, it can really help to boost your productivity when used properly.
